Collaborative Process

Probably the most difficult thing during this process was the beginning, to set up the first meeting and all agree about place and  time, once this was solved, the rest of the task went smoothly and the work was efficiently administrated. Nothing better than meeting in person; although new technologies are definitely useful to be in constant communication with each other all the time, this kind of meeting is not suitable for complex tasks that require more involvement of every team member to discuss, interact, or really solve problems and take decisions, not to mention that is easier, faster and more effective this way.

In our case we had a first meeting on-line to establish some guidelines like distribution of work, but to really create the Glogster and add the different information we got, we had to meet in person. The process was little messy at the beginning with the computers and all the information, so we concentrate the work in one computer and the rest processed and sent the elements we used so we could check and discuss the progress of the assignment.
